About 500 young people work on a flexible basis through JAM every day. They can turn to the intermediary for a job in logistics, hospitality, technology or office.
JAM has several branches in the Netherlands and wants to expand this number, so that young people can always walk into the employment agency. Especially in the corona period, however, a different approach proved necessary to attract new applicants. The originally Kempen-based organization, which has been active in recruitment for over 12 years, has therefore started to work more and more marketing-driven. The cooperation with Jobmatix contributes to this.
